Subject to your compliance with the Service Agreement, you will own the final logo design and final reveal video provided to you by us that you select. You do not own the logo concepts, revisions provided to you or any materials media or other content
generated during any revisions cycles leading up to the final logo design and final reveal video that you select. EarthLink retains the rights to all artwork, concepts and other content not selected by you. EarthLink does not perform or assist with trademark, service mark or copyright searches or inquiries, or the like, in order to validate the propriety or legality of the final logo design and final reveal video selected. You are encouraged to perform your own independent searches with regard to the final logo design and final reveal video selected.
